For Parents & Adults

If other support hasn't worked, this might be the thing that does.

Not everyone needs a therapist.

Some people need fresh air, something to focus on, and someone who gets it. That's what we offer.

Our programmes are for children (8+) and adults who are struggling but don't fit the criteria for crisis services — or who've tried counselling, CAMHS, or other support and it hasn't landed. No diagnosis needed. No waiting list drama. Just structured, outdoor activity with qualified people who understand.

For your child

  • • Calm, structured outdoor sessions
  • • All equipment provided — just turn up
  • • No pressure to talk or perform
  • • SEND-inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly
  • • Progress shared with you after each block

For you (adults)

  • • Outdoor activity that builds routine
  • • Connection without forced conversation
  • • Something to look forward to each week
  • • Self-referral or via your GP / social prescriber
  • • No labels, no pressure, no drama

What to expect

Sessions run in 6-week blocks, usually once a week. They're a minimum of 2 hours, held at outdoor venues across Mid Essex. You or your child will work with a qualified practitioner, either 1:1 or in a small group of 3–4.

We'll check in with you before, during, and after the block. You'll get a simple feedback form and we'll share how things went. No jargon. No reports you need a degree to read.
