How we price
We commission a supply chain of independent delivery partners across five wellbeing pathways. Pricing is set per pathway and per partner, based on intervention type, intensity, duration and ratio. All commissioned rates are value-based, blended, and inclusive of safeguarding, outcomes measurement and reporting. No itemised management fee. No hidden costs. Commissioned routes are funded upfront. Volume discounts apply to multi-block and annual agreements, with negotiated rates available for MAT multi-school commissions. Rate cards are available to budget holders on request.
How funded provision works
All funded and EHCP-related provision routes through the Hub. The commissioner pays the Hub upfront, the Hub commissions the delivery partner under a service agreement, and retains accountability for safety, governance and reporting. Single invoice. Single contract. Single safeguarding chain.
What commissioners are buying instead
We don't compete with crisis services or specialist clinical provision. We sit deliberately in the prevention layer, before need escalates. For commissioners, structured early intervention typically replaces or reduces spend on:
- Repeat low-level pastoral interventions that don't shift the trajectory
- External one-off "wellbeing days" without measurement or follow-up
- Higher-cost specialist or clinical referrals where earlier intervention would have been sufficient
- Internal staff time managing escalating low-level need
Commissioners buy outcomes earlier, at a lower unit cost, with governance held externally.

SWEMWBS (Short Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale), applied from session one. Distance-travelled and attendance data collected throughout. Reporting cadence agreed at commissioning.
Clean referral routing
Structured pathways with consent, risk assessment and safeguarding cover built into each route before delivery starts.

One contract, one point of governance. You hold the Hub to account. The Hub holds the supply chain.
